SupaTuna was created by Stuart Ritchie, a guitar player, artist and MD of Clear Advertising and Interactive Agency in London www.clearbe.com.

The annoying thing he found about playing along to tunes, videos and guitar tab online is that you always need to be accurately tuned. So he created SupaTuna as an online tool for you to bookmark and use to tune your guitar before playing online.

He searched but couldn’t find an interesting, easy to use online guitar tuner that had different sounds for different types of guitar, so he roped some of his staff into making SupaTuna for him.

Stuart has also co-authored a book called The CAGED Guitarist® the definitive book on the CAGED system, with his friend Paul Foad, the ex guitar player from the Au Pairs. The CAGED system the only true way to map the guitar’s fretboard by using five simple scales. An amazing system that brings your guitar playing to life and really takes your playing onto another level.
